I wish I could say that I loved Mother's Day.
I really, truly do; but, I don't.
I have three amazing children
that I carried under my heart
and that should be enough.
More than enough.
I know this, so today I will act as if I had
what I try to give to those three amazing human beings
and give thanks for my Mother
and all the women who have mothered me.

Oh girl. I know. I keep reading all of the posts dedicated to all these amazing moms and it makes me sad that I never had that. I dont know that I could muster a 'pull at the heartstrings' post about my mom. But, I learned how NOT to parent and my son is all the better for it!
